Wayne Lowe of Brussels, passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, October 21st , 2008.
Born in Wingham on May 4th, 1943, Wayne was in his 66th year.
Beloved husband of Hope (Zurbrigg) Lowe.
Dear father in law of Lisa Lowe of London and proud Papa of Skylar. Dear step-father of Deb and Steve Rathwell of RR#2 Brussels and Tim and Donna Prior of RR#3 Brussels. Dear brother of Ann and Jim Bosman of Winthrop, Murray and Ruth Lowe of Brussels and his adopted sister Seva Irvine of Port Huron. Dear brother-in-law of Peggy and Ron Hugill of London and Lynn and Tom Thorne of Thamesford and good friend of Patti Sue and Gunars Simsons of Cambridge. Also loved by his aunts Isabel Workman and Ethel Brewer both of Brussels, his step grandchildren Nathan, Taylor, & Emily Prior and Kelsey & Cody Rathwell, his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Predeceased by his son John and parents Jack and Mary Lowe.
Cremation has taken place.
Friends will be received by the family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Friday from the Schimanski Family Funeral Home, 401 Albert Street, Brussels. A Celebration of Wayne's Life will be conducted from Melville Presbyterian Church, 55 Dunedin Drive, Brussels, on Saturday, October 25th at 2:00 PM officiated by Sandra Cable.
Interment in Brussels Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Brussels United Church or the London Regional Cancer Centre.
