I would like to extend my sympathy to Wayne's family. I usually only get home to Brussels once a year, but when I did Wayne was always a face I would look forward to seeing, be it at the ball park or walking down the street. He seemed ageless to me. Be it the young man in Santa attire or the recent man hurrying around at his many volunteer duties. I would like to share one of my memories. My younger brothers Darwin and Terry knew Wayne well from being at the hockey rink. The first year he was Santa they came home after sitting on his lap and thought they were so smart because they where sure Santa was really Wayne Lowe. We had to explain that Santa had to find a good helper at such a busy time of year.

Wayne will be greatly missed. If all of us could live our lives with as much happiness, humour and love as Wayne had shown to us all, what a magical world we would be part of. Brussels may have lost the "physical" side of Wayne, but his generous spirit will remain in all our hearts forever. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Murray, Ruth, Nicole, Mike, John, and all of the Lowe family, Your community has lost a pillar, your family has lost a giant. The footprint Wayne has left in this world is deep and far reaching. Many lives have been touched by his love and generosity, but none more than yours. One of the wonderful things about small towns is how they come together to support one another. You have the love and support of many family, friends, and even strangers right now. Take care. Jeff and Melissa
