Cecil N. Raynard of Brussels passed away at Huronlea Home for the Aged on Sunday, October 13th, 2013. Born in Grey Township on November 21st, 1909, Cecil was in his 104th year. Cecil was the beloved husband of 60 years to the late Louella Stevenson ( September 21st, 2012) and will be sadly missed by his daughters Linda and Doug Davidson of Listowel, Shirley Bremner of London and Irene Raynard of Midland. Loving grandfather to Blair Davidson, Becky and Peter Bosch, Chris Bremner and Lee, Jeremy Forget and Jennifer Forget and great grandfather to Rylin and Quinn Wormington, Everett Bosch and Lily and Ethan Forget. Cecil was also loved by his sisters in law Shirley and Balfour Read of Summerside, PEI and Audrey MacKay of Charlottetown, PEI and special friends Lindsay and Lorne Stewart from Ethel. Predeceased by his parents Austin and Essie, brothers Sylvester and John, and sisters Hazel Clarke, Doris MacFarlane and Laura MacFarlane. At Cecil's request there is to be no visitation with a private service for family. Burial to take place in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Ethel, Ontario. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
