Obituary of Lloyd Emmerson Machan
Passed away peacefully on April 3rd, 2022 at Huronview Home for the Aged in his 88th year.
Dear father of June & Harry Bakker, Cathy Machan Miller and Scott & Tammy Machan.
Loved dearly by grandchildren Mandy Machan & Mike Frowen, Jody Machan, Danny Machan, Aaron Bakker & Theresa Mesdag, Courtney Bakker & Mark Ballagh, Melissa Machan & Mike Hoggart, Tia Machan & Will Pendergraas, and Tori Machan.
Great grandfather to Gracie and Chancen Machan, Darien and Kiera Ballagh, Hailey Hoggart and Emma and William Pendergraas.
Loving brother and brother-in-law to Martina Machan, Joan & Bob Barwick, Florence Machan, Maxine & Bill Robinson, Carmen & Sandra Machan, Gail & John Currie, Dale & Ruth Machan, Gord & Jane Machan, Anne & Jack Vincent, Jim Alton, Pat & Ken Mathers and Lawrence Machan.
Lloyd will be missed by the Shantz family and many nieces and nephews and their families.
Predeceased by wife Marion (Shantz), son Ken Machan, son-in-law Mike Miller, Siblings Joe, Barry, Doug, Shirley Wheeler, Dianne Machan and Darlene Becker, brother-in-laws Wayne Becker and George Wheeler and his parents Lawrence and Violet Machan.
In keeping with Lloyds wishes, cremation has taken place. A private, family service will take place.
Friends and family are invited to attend the visitation which will be held Saturday April 9th at Riverside Funeral Home Blyth Chapel from 2-4 pm.
Donations to the Blyth United Church or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
