Effie was such a wonderful neighbor! She always kept a caring eye on my uncle Ken and my grandmother Edith. If ever I couldn't reach Ken or Gramma, I knew I could call Effie to check in on them... and she was always happy to help out. We will miss Effie's company when watching the Bluejays.
