Bowman: Mr. James ‘Jim’ Walter
Passed away peacefully at Huronlea Home on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2019 in his 90th year.
Loving Husband to Shirley for 25 years.
Brother to Doris (the Late Ross) Strickland, Mary (the Late Maitland) Edgar, Louise (William) Marshall.
Missed by several nieces, nephews and Shirley’s family.
Predeceased by parents John & Margaret Bowman, sister Isabel (Bill) Elston and several in-laws.
Jim farmed and lived in Morris Township for almost 90 years. He was passionate about the Brussels Agricultural Society and participated the Brussels Fair every year, always taking home a ribbon.
Cremation has taken place.
Friends and family will be received at Melville Presbyterian Church on Saturday December 7th for visitation from 11 am-12 pm followed by a funeral service at 12 pm.
In lieu of flowers and as expression of sympathy donations to the Brussels Morris and Grey Community Centre Building Fund or Melville Presbyterian Church would be appreciated.
