Moore: Mr. Cecil Alfred Judson

Passed away peacefully with family by his side on July 19 in his 94^th year.

Loving Dad to son James (Susan) Moore, daughters Debbie (Eric) Ross and Lori (Scott) Wheeler.

Proud Grandpa to Matthew (Shuyi) Moore, Judson Moore, Melissa (Dan) Martin, Jonathan (Amanda) Trollope, Amy Ross and Candice (Chris) Riley, Chris Ross and Jeremy (Ali) Ross, Nicholas (Vicki) Wheeler, Benjamin (Danica) Wheeler, Mckenzie (Flora) Wheeler and Mitch Wheeler. 

Adoring Great grandpa to Mya, Liya, Oscar, Clara, Dylan, Ashton, Kira, Hudson, Evelynn, Abigail, Jillian. 

Brother to Ethel Williams, Earl (Irene) Moore.

Brother -in-law to Murial Solosky, June (Fred) DeLory and Ralph Gerrett.

Predeceased by wife Iona nee Gerrett, parents Lillian & Harley Moore, brother Reg (Ruth) Moore, Dave (Daisy) Moore, Don (Jean) Moore, Bob (Helen) Moore, sister Evelyn (Eddie) Newman and brother-in-law Ted Williams.

Missed by many nieces and nephews.

Cecil served in World War II in the navy, as a cook on the aircraft carrier HMS Puncher. He was an active life member of the legion Branch 218 Brussels. Cecil loved to sit at the lake and watch the boats, but his main passion was for his family.

At Cecil’s request cremation has taken place.

Friends and family will be received at Riverside Funeral Home for visitation on Monday July 22^nd from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A Legion Service will take place at 6:45 pm. Interment in Brussels Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations to Royal Canadian Legion Branch 218 Poppy Fund would be appreciated.
