Obituary of Bonnie Dianne Machan
Peacefully at Stratford General Hospital on November 12th, 2018 in her 67th year.
Beloved wife of James Alton for 25 years.
Loving mom to Tracey (Steve) Eckert.
Proud Nana to Kelsey (Austin), Kassidy (Colton), Karissa (Ryan) and Tyler (Delayna).
Sister to Shirley (George) Wheeler, Lloyd (Marion) Machan, Joan (Bob) Barwick, Maxine (Bill) Robinson, Carman (Sandra) Machan, Gail (John) Currie, Darlene Becker, Dale (Ruth) Machan, Gord (Jane) Machan, Anne (Jack) Vincent, Pat (Ken) Mathers and Lawrence Machan.
Sister-in-law to Bob Alton, Brian (Paula) Alton.
Predeceased by brothers Clarence, Doug & Barry, brother-in-law Wayne Becker.
Missed by many nieces and nephews.
Dianne loved her grandkids and was a devoted mother, sports enthusiast, gardener and liked to have an immaculate home. Dianne liked to travel to Florida, do her preserves as well as feed the family.
Friends and family will be received at the Brussels Royal Canadian Legion on Saturday, November 17th at 2:00 pm for a casual time of fellowship and celebration of Dianne’s life. A private, family interment will take place at 1 pm at Brussels Cemetery prior to the time of fellowship at the Legion.
In lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy donations to Brussels Minor Sports would be appreciated. Please select which sport you would like to donate to: Blyth/Brussels Minor Hockey, Brussels Minor Baseball, Brussels Minor Soccer or the Brussels Figure Skating Club.
