Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 14th, 2018 at Seaforth Community Hospital in his 78th year.
Beloved husband of Alice (Verbeek) for 51 years.
Loving Dad to Rose & Kevin Kellington, Susan & Mike Hendsbee and Sandra & Darrell Weber.
Adoring Grandpa to Tori & Brandon, Mitchell & Laura, Logan & Ashley, Victoria, Lisa, Laura, Owen, Brock and Mason.
Remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Survived by brother Stanley Marks, sisters and brothers-in-law Mildred Pfeifer, Edith Wilkins, Dorothy & Tom Powell and brothers and sisters-in-law Jack & Judy Verbeek, Harry & Connie Verbeek and Peter Verbeek.
Predeceased by parents Clifford & Ellen, step-mothers Althea and Eileen, sister-in-law Nancy Marks, brothers-in-law Lloyd Pfeifer, Jim Wilkins and Hans Verbeek.
Davie loved to spend time with his family. He had a passion for antique motors and tractors which lead him to be a part of the Threshers Reunion Community. He liked to be out in his shop fixing things and he was a farmer at heart.
Friends and Family will be received at Melville Presbyterian Church on Monday February 19th, 2018 for visitation from 12 p.m until time of Funeral Service at 2 p.m. Interment at Brussels Cemetery in the spring.
