Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by love after a fearless and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer in his 62nd year.
Married to the love of his life Julie (Koistinen) for 39 years.
Proud father of Patricia & Jason VanderMeer of Brussels, Katherine & Joshua Wilson of Mississauga and Timothy & Amberly Harrison of Huntsville.
Fun loving Papa of Tyler, Julia, Casey, Ella, Zoey, Kaden, Tucker, Cooper, and Angel Ian.
Survived by sisters Jane Draper, Leanne Langer and Barb Purdy, in-laws Bonny & the late Stephen Koistinen, Phil & Robin Koistinen, Allen & Kathy Koistinen and Carter Ann & Peter Dumonski and families.
Predeceased by parents, Joan Wissler & Earl Harrison, step-father Len Wissler, siblings Bette and Bobby Harrison, and parents -in-law George & Audrey Koistinen.
Survived by many extended family members, friends and his dog Winnie.
Friends and family will be received at Riverside Funeral Home on Friday, February 2nd, 2018 from 6-9 p.m. for visitation. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at Brussels United Church on Saturday, February 3rd, 2018 at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy donations to the Wingham and District Hospital Oncology Department or Pancreatic Cancer Canada would be appreciated.
