Helen (Smalldon) Bray of Brussels passed away at Huronlea Home for the Aged on Wednesday, October 3rd, 2012. Born in Grey Township on March 16th, 1926, Helen was in her 87th year.
Helen was the beloved wife of the late Ken Bray (August 1, 1991) and will be sadly missed by her children Shirley Hunter and her husband Stewart of Atwood and Janis Bray of New Hamburg. Loving grandmother to Krista, Mark and Ashley, Ron, and great grandmother of Leah. Dear sister of Maxine Armstrong and her late husband Bill of Fergus and sister in law to Priscilla Bray of Fordwich. Helen was predeceased by her son Larry and grandchildren Stacey, Kent and Shelley.
Friends will be received by the family one hour prior to the funeral service being conducted on Friday, October 5th at 2:00 PM from the Schimanski Family Funeral Home officiated by Pastor Sandra Cable.
Interment to take place in Brussels Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Brussels United Church or the Huronlea Auxiliary would be appreciated by the family.
