Over the last few years Max and I had many visits at his place or mine depending on who had more mobility. I am grateful we had that time. He was my big brother and I will miss him.

I always set another plate out for family gatherings too and usually Max would come. He always enjoyed talking with the boys about farming and took a keen interest in the little ones running about. Max always tried to keep up with what child belonged to what family. Not an easy feat as there would be 10 or 11 of them when he was coming. These would have been his great great nieces and nephews. To Marilyn and Lorne and families our sympathy on your loss . It must comfort you to know he had a good long life and just quietly slipped from this life on his own terms. We will miss him. Carol
