Caroline (Ditner) Kernaghan of Ashwood Manor, London, and formerly of Brussels, passed away at Victoria Hospital, London on Friday, April 1st, 2016. Born in Wilmot Township on June 9th, 1925, Caroline was in her 91st year.
Caroline was the beloved wife of the late Pete Kernaghan (1977).
Dear mother of Michael and Debby Kernaghan of Lindale, Alberta, Anne Scott and Brian of London and Mary Jean Simpson and Joseph of Stratford. Loving grandmother to Bruce, Erin, Kelly, Lisa, Matthew, Kari, Ian and Phil. Also loved by her sisters Josephine and Rose.
Friends will be received by the family from 7 to 9 PM Monday from the Schimanski Family Funeral Home, Brussels, and from 10 to 11 AM Tuesday, April 5th at St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church where the funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM by Reverend Father Keith Morrison.
Burial at St. Ambrose Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Huntington's Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
