George Cousins of Brussels passed away at Seaforth Community Hospital on Sunday, March 20th, 2016. Born in Newmarket on August 12th, 1935, George was in his 81st year.
George was the beloved husband of 46 years to Emily (Metzger). Dear father of Tim and Sarah of Cambridge, Laura of London, Lynne of Mississauga, Donald of Milbank and Patricia of Idaho. Dear brother of Lawrie and Pieta Cousins of London, Betty Campbell of Brussels and John and Merle Cousins of Brussels. Also loved by his grandson Dean and his mother Angela, and by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his nephew Randy, his brother in law Ivan and parents Roy and Elma.
Cremation has taken place.
Friends will be received by the family from 1 to 3 PM on Thursday, March 24th at Brussels United Church to be followed by the Celebration of George's Life at 3:00 PM.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Brussels United Church would be appreciated by the family.
