John A. "Jack' Coleman of Vanastra passed away peacefully at Clinton Public Hospital on Saturday, October 12th, 2013. Born in Brussels on February 11th, 1933, Jack was in his 81st year. Jack was the beloved husband of 57 years to Joan (Seddon) and will be sadly missed by his sons Randy of Oshawa, James and Liane of Listowel and Ken and Ann Maree of Oshawa, his 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Also loved by his sister in law Phyllis Coleman of Brussels and his Aunt Iris and Elgin Boyce of Goderich. Jack was predeceased by his parents Alec and Ann and brothers Bill, Ken and Don. Friends will be received by the family one hour prior to the funeral service being conducted from the Schimanski Family Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 16th at 2:00 PM officiated by Reverend Perry Chuipka. Burial to follow in Brussels Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
