Kenneth Galbraith of Hanover and formerly of Wroxeter passed away on Tuesday, October 9th, 2007 at Hanover & District Hospital.
Born in Howick Township on March 7th, 1920,
Ken was in his 88th year.
Beloved husband of the late Margaret (Brown) Galbraith.
Dear father of Scott Galbraith and his wife Linda of Hanover,
Jim Galbraith and his wife Cindy of Lucan,
Clark Galbraith and his wife Sharon of Listowel and
Keith Galbraith and his wife Carol of Whitechurch.
Dear brother of Alma Watson of Brussels
and Gene Watson of Wingham.
Loving grandfather of Carleigh & Kevin, Shawn,
Craig, Cameron, Brad and Colin and
great grandfather of Abrianna and Zachary.
Predeceased by his sister Helen and his brother Ward.
Friends will be received by the family from 7 to 9 PM Thursday at the Gorrie Visitation Centre of the Schimanski Family Funeral Home, with a Legion service following the visitation at 9:00 PM.
The funeral service will be conducted Friday, October 12th at 2:00 PM from Wroxeter United Church, with friends being received by the family an hour before the service.
Interment in Wroxeter Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Howick Legion No. 307 RCL or the Alzheimer's Society.
