Isabelle Aileen (Warwick) Shortreed of Seaforth passed away at the Seaforth Manor Nursing Home, on Sunday, September 30th, 2007. Born in Morris Township on November 21st , 1916, Isabelle was in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late James W. Shortreed. Dear mother of Joan Beauerman of St. Paul's, and Ken Shortreed and his wife Judy of Walton. Dear mother-in-law of Bill Smith and his wife Helen of Mitchell. Dear sister-in-law of Helen Warwick of Bluevale. Also loved by her 12 grandchildren, her 33 great grandchildren, a great great granddaughter and her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughter Louise Smith, brothers Bob, Jack, Jim, and Lloyd, 4 brothers-in-law and 6 sisters-in-law. Friends will be received by the family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Tuesday from the Schimanski Family Funeral Home, Brussels. The funeral service will be conducted from Melville Presbyterian Church, Brussels, on Wednesday, October 3rd at 2 PM. Interment in Brussels Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Melville Presbyterian Church or to the charity of one's choice.
