Evelyn (Parr) Bray of Brussels, passed away at Huronlea Home for the Aged, on Friday, August 24th, 2007. Born in Grey Township on November 2nd, 1922, Evelyn was in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Glen Bray. Dear mother of Jean Fischer and husband Robert of Kincardine, Murray Bray and wife Gladys of RR#2 Bluevale, and Ruth Hutton and Larry Wight of RR#5 Mitchell. Dear sister of Bernice MacFarlane of Brussels. Dear grandmother of Sandra Fischer and Jeff Scott of Kincardine, Sherry Fischer of Owen Sound, Tracey Fischer of London, Steven and Michele Bray of Cambridge, Paul and Ruthann Bray of Port Elgin, Brian and Amy Bray of Listowel, Kevin Hutton and Tracey of Kitchener, Todd and Samantha Hutton of Elmira, and Kim and Darcy Herrfort of Palmerston. Also missed by her 15 great grandchildren, and sisters-in-law Priscilla Bray and Helen Bray. Predeceased by her sisters Berva Warwick, Eva Wright and son-in-law David Hutton. Friends will be received by the family 1 hour prior to the funeral service being conducted at the Schimanski Family Funeral Home, Brussels, on Sunday, August 26th at 1:30 PM with Sandra Cable officiating. Interment in Brussels Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Huronlea Auxiliary, Brussels United Church or the charity of one's choice.
