Grace Ann Smith of Brussels, passed away surrounded by her family at the Victoria Hospital, London, on Sunday, December 10th , 2006. Born in Grey Township on September 26th, 1942 Grace was 64 years old. Beloved wife of Harry D. Smith. Dear mother of Catherine Badley and husband Richard and Patricia Ortman and husband Eric all of Blyth and Darlene Smith of Brussels. Dear grandmother of Mitchell, Amelia, Hannah, Chadwick and Heidi Mae. Dear sister of Harvey & Marion Smith of Cranbrook, Joe & Bev Smith of Listowel, Ross & Shirley Smith of Brussels, Larry & Marilyn Smith of Southampton, Lloyd & Beryl Smith of Brussels, Fred & Teuni Smith of Brussels, Carman & Doreen Smith of Atwood, Glenna Seddon of Hanover, Roger & Donna Smith of Shallow Lake, and Fran Gibbons of Hepworth. Dear sister-in-law to Verne Willoughby of Listowel, Bill Smith of Chatham, and Gloria Allan of Grimsby. Predeceased by her parents Alan & Mabel Smith, her sister Doreen Willoughby and in-laws Gary Allan, John Gibbons, John Seddon and Aileen Clark. Friends will be received by the family from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 PM Wednesday at the Schimanski Family Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, December 14th at 2:00 PM from Ethel United Church. Cremation to follow with interment at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Ethel. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Ethel United Church.
