...our little man... Quietly on Saturday October 7th at Children�s Hospital of Western Ontario. Ian was 2 years 3months old. Ian will be forever missed by his parents Jason and Patty VanderMeer of Brussels, his big sister Julia & big brother Tyler. He was the dearly loved grandson of Julie and John Harrison of Brussels and Sharon VanderMeer of Clinton and great grandson of George and Audrey Koistinen of Sault St. Marie. A special nephew to Katie and John Wilson of Toronto, Tim and Amber Harrison of Gorrie, Tammy Caven of Windsor and Lindsay Caven of Clinton and 1st cousin of Casey Harrison. Ian will also be missed by his many great aunts, uncles and cousins. Meeting Ian in Heaven�s playground is his cousin Gavin Vader. Ian is also predeceased by his several great grandparents. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM on Wednesday at the Schimanski Family Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted from Brussels United Church on Thursday, October 12th at 11:00 AM. Interment in Brussels Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in Ian�s memory to the Brussels Fire Department or the Brussels charity of one�s choice.
